Our Team

Kat McDaniel,
Founder and Head Consultant

I am Collab with Kat’s Founder, Kathryn – but I happily go by Kat. After working for over a decade in the international development sector, I have held a diverse array of leadership roles, from Fundraising and Communications Specialist, Nonprofit Director, Grants Manager, and Program and Operations Specialist. Through my work, I have secured millions in funding for community-based initiatives and helped establish or expand over 30 organizations.

My work has always been driven by a passion to advance the missions of local grassroots organizations, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to effectively tackle pressing issues in their communities. My focus areas include expanding environmental education and awareness, improving access to healthcare, and advocating for both animal and human rights on a global and local scale. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid traveler who is enthusiastic about learning new languages and interacting with diverse cultures. My career and personal objectives are centered on continuous growth and learning alongside the communities I serve and engage with.

Katey Lippitt,
Grant Writing and Training Specialist

My name is Katey, and I am a Global Non-Profit Specialist with over six years of management experience. I hold an MSc in Business Management, and my work focuses on grant writing, international development, and gender equality. My work is fueled by my commitment to secure funding and empower teams worldwide through effective training programs. While serving as Director of Global Programs at an international non profit, I launched and managed an innovative program in Cambodia before transitioning to oversee all global programs, impacting the lives of over 5,000 participants.

Most recently, at Siem Reap FC, Cambodia's first women’s professional football team, I lead efforts in building community partnerships and enhancing fan engagement, significantly boosting the team's support and visibility. My dedication to gender equity, social inclusion, and education is reflected in my success in grant management and program development, underscoring my commitment to creating meaningful, long-lasting change.

Ariel Rozemblum,
Communications and Grant Writing Specialist

My name is Ariel. I am a nonprofit professional with over ten years of international experience, focused on supporting internally displaced and at-risk populations. I hold a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Development. My career has been dedicated to expanding access to education. I have been fortunate enough to work with wonderful people around the world – from refugee camps in the Thai-Myanmar border, to Laos and Cambodia as well as Japan, where I collaborated with education ministries to propel impactful programs. My expertise lies in curriculum development, policy writing, fundraising,  and communications.

I have developed training manuals and reports for international donors, partner organizations, and foreign governments. I am deeply passionate about expanding access to education and driving fundraising initiatives. Beyond my professional commitments, I am an avid football fan and animal lover, so you’ll either find me yelling at a referee or playing with a stray cat. I joined Collab with Kat because I was incredibly impressed by their work and I believe we can make a lasting difference in the nonprofit sector as a team.
